Metro International School, (Urdu: ميٽرو انٽرنيشنل اسڪول) is an private, English-medium school in Clifton, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Founded in 2017 by Behram Ahmed and Daanish Mustafa to address the schooling needs of a modern Pakistan.

The programme of studies follows the UK National Curriculum, with a focus on activity based and inquiry based learning. Metro International School follows teaching practices closely mirrored on the Finland's modern teaching practices[1]

The school offers a 14 year programme of studies from preschool up to GCSE's in Class 11 (The GCSE's is the new name for the O Level or British system of examination).

The school is a registered centre for Edexcel and an institutional member of the Preschool learning Alliance (UK).

Metro International School has a vision of providing high quality, affordable education to the people of Karachi with a goal to have a school in every neighbourhood.

Metro in the news[edit]

The first Metro Kids Carnival was held on Sunday, 19 November 2017 at the Metro International School campus in Clifton[2]. The carnival marked the launch of the first campus of Metro International School. Mr Younis Khan, Former captain of the Pakistan Cricket Team was the chief Guest
