History[edit]

Miami Beach Pop Festival's first show will be held on November 8 - 10, 2019 at Lummus Park in Miami Beach, Florida. The idea of the festival came to fruition after Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival Co-Founders, Steve Sybesma and Paul Peck left Soundslinger, LLC in late 2016. CEO of ACT Productions & Chairman of the Greater Miami Convention Bureau, Bruce Orosz, and Managing Director of Sports & Events for The Parker Company, Don Lockerbie make up the core production team that will make the festival happen.
