Michael Alan Weinstein is an American entrepreneur, jazz pianist, and mixed martial artist. He is the CEO of JAM Direct and a public speaker on invention licensing, direct-response marketing, and digital advertising.[1][2] He is the former president of Bluewater Media and chief marketing officer for Allstar Products Group. He is known for launching successful products in "As Seen On TV" and has been featured in the infomercial for "As Seen On TV: The American Dream."[3][4]

Career[edit]

In 2006, Weinstein was appointed as a chief internet officer at Lipenwald, a Direct Response Television (DRTV) marketing company that markets products through the internet, TV, catalogs, direct mail, and retail.[5][6]

Weinstein was the chief marketing officer at Allstar Innovations in January 2014, the company that created and launched hundreds of successful As-Seen-On-TV hits, including the Snuggie, where he was responsible for marketing and media activities, including DRTV media, e-commerce, digital advertising, production, social media, and retail support.[7]

In 2019, Weinstein joined Bluewater Digital as the president, where he led strategic direction, revenue growth of eCommerce, Amazon and online retail marketplaces, web design and development, digital and social media advertising, and digital content production.[4]

In 2011, Weinstein founded and became the CEO of JAM Direct, a marketing agency that helps companies and inventors to launch products and grow brands. As of 2022, he is working as the CEO of JAM Direct.[8]

Weinstein appeared in an infomercial for "As Seen On TV: The American Dream," along with producer Stephen Harkey and TV personality Beau Rials. In addition, he is a member of the Performance-Driven Marketing Institute (PDMI) and a former member of the Electronic Retailing Association.[9]

Weinstein co-founded the mitten-shaped wet wipe viral sensation called Shittens.[10][3]
