Early life[edit]

Youtube[edit]

When Groth went full-time with Youtube in 2017, Groth reported making more than "an entry level engineering job," which was $64,000 in mechanical engineering.[1][3] As of July 2021, MandJTV was the top 4 most subscribed to Pokémon channel on Youtube.[4] His commentary on finances and advertising revenue as a full-time Youtuber are sometimes included in industry business reports.[5][6]

Since his original Let's Play style and Pokemon Talk series, Groth has transitioned to a more commentary based format.[7] He has an ongoing meme review series which has been featured on gaming websites.[8][9][10]
