U.S. legal reform and the U.K. Legal Services Act (2009)
In March 2009, Skoler addressed the regulatory divergence between U.S. and U.K. legal markets in an interview with Law Gazette. Arizona's Alternative Business Structure model (2026)
In April 2026, Skoler was quoted by The Washington Times in a feature examining Arizona's Alternative Business Structure (ABS) model, a program approved by the Arizona Supreme Court in 2021 that permits non-lawyers to own law firms. Arizona had approved more than 150 such applications by that date.[5]
