Michael Ludeke

Michael Ludeke (born 1974-2019) is an author and historian from Tasmania, Australia.[1]

Books include Tasmania's Maria Island: A Comprehensive History and Visitor's Guide (2001 and second edition 2005), The Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race: 1945 - 2001 (2002), Ten Events Shaping Tasmania's History (2007) and The Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race (third edition - 2011 and fourth edition - 2014). In 2010 he published the life story of convicted Port Arthur gunman, Martin Bryant's mother - Carleen Bryant. The book was titled My Story. In 2016 Ludeke wrote and published the book 366 Days of Australian History.
