Michele Vincenti is an Italian-Canadian academic and business professional known for his work in artificial intelligence (AI), leadership, strategy, and management consulting.[2][3] He is Associate Dean for Graduate Studies at University Canada West (UCW) in Vancouver and Chief Digital/AI Center Strategic Officer at the U.S.-based company The Rob Rockefeller Standard Carbon LLC.[4][5] Previously, he chaired the university's Leadership and People Management Department within the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.[6]

Education

Michele Marco Francesco Vincenti holds a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University in Colwood, British Columbia (Canada).[2] He later completed a Ph.D. in Human Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California), where he also earned a master's degree in the same field.[3][5]

Career

Vincenti joined University Canada West in 2005, initially teaching courses on strategy, leadership, finance, and consulting.[3] Over time, he took on administrative responsibilities,[7] including chairing UCW’s Leadership and People Management Department within the MBA program. In February 2025, he became UCW’s first Associate Dean for Graduate Studies.[4]

Vincenti is the co-founder of Alvana Business Consulting, a firm providing finance and leadership solutions across North America[8] and since 2024, he serves as Chief Digital/AI Center Strategic Officer at the U.S.-based company The Rob Rockefeller Standard Carbon LLC.[9]

Research

Vincenti's research interests focus on the intersection of AI, leadership and silence management.[10]

Vincenti hosted the 18th edition of the World Conference of Italian Researchers Abroad in 2024 in Vancouver,[11][12] and having spoken on ethics and AI-assisted leadership at the 19th edition of the same conference in 2025, held at the European Parliament in Brussels.[13]
