Michelle Xen is an Australian visual artist, musician, vocalist, and record producer.[1]
Xen studied painting and experimental video at the Queensland College of Art before receiving a painting scholarship at the Queensland Art Gallery working in video installation, sound and performance. [2] [3]
Xen formed the Lady Electronica collective in 2010 working in the studio with producers Gotye, Quan Yeomans, and Scott Horscroft from EMI.[4] Xen released her debut recording Synaesthesiac in 2012 and now performs live with her band Michelle Xen + The Neon Wild.[5]
