Michigan Weather Authority

The Michigan Weather Authority (MWA) is an unofficial weather service sending weather alerts for the state of Michigan only. The only alerts broadcasted are Michigan alerts.

Most of the alerts sent out through MWA were started by the National Weather Service ^[1] and are broadcast on the home page.

Some alerts are sent directly from MWS. This is for if the owner/operator of MWS feels there should be an alert, and there isn't.
