Mickey McFinnigan is a fictional character in the American animated television series, Family Guy, and one of the three titular characters in the episode, "Peter's Two Dads". He is voiced by the series' creator, Seth MacFarlane. Mickey was created and designed by MacFarlane himself.
Mickey is depicted as a town drunk who had a One-night stand with Thelma Griffin and abandoned her and their son, Peter Griffin.
