Mike Flewitt

Mike Flewitt is the Chief Executive Officer of McLaren Automotive.[1] Under his leadership, McLaren Automotive has introduced three car divisions (The Sport Series, The Super Series, and the Ultimate Series),[2] as well as nine new cars.[3]

Flewitt graduated from Salford University in 1996 with a post graduate degree in Management and Project Management. Before coming to McLaren, he worked with TWR Group Limited, AutoNova AB, Rolls Royce, and Bentley Motor Cars Limited.[3]He then went on to spend nine years with the Ford Motor Company before being hired on as McLaren's Chief Operatating Officer in June of 2012.[3] He was promoted to CEO only 13 months later.[3] In 2016, Flewitt and McLaren Automotive celebrated the production of their 10,000th car, a Ceramic Grey McLaren 570S.[4]
