Career[edit]

In 2012, Mike Vacanti left his job and shortly thereafter, he landed an apprenticeship under John Romaniello and launched his own personal training company, On The Regimen. Vacanti was featured on Fitocracy’s “30 under 30: The Young Professionals Changing the Face of Fitness”.[3]and came in at #19 on Jason Maxwell’s “Top 40 Fitness Professionals to Follow in 2015.”[4] On June 11, 2015 he was featured on Channel 3, in Connecticut about Eat This, Not That. [5] He was cited as having one of 2015s best articles.[6]
