Millennium Partners LLC is a privately held real estate company, headquartered in New York. It is involved in the development of mixed-use luxury residential and commercial properties which includes fitness centers, condominiums and entertainment facilities in San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington DC and New York. The company also has interests in hotels in and around New York.

The company was founded by Christopher M. Jeffries, Philip E. Aarons and Philip H. Lovett in 1991.[1] To date, Millennium Partners has developed 2,900 luxury condominiums, two-extended stay luxury hotels, eight five-star hotels, a total of 1,200,000 square feet of office space, 1,000,000 square feet of retail space, 3,750 parking spaces, five Loews Cineplex theaters and five grand health clubs. Millennium Partners portfolio is now worth a whopping $4 billion.[citation needed]
In 2012, company founder Jeffries made headlines when he sold his Manhattan duplex condominium for $75 million[2]. On 23rd April, 2014, Millennium Partners was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in a long term lease deal with Primark, a leading European fashion retailer for the renovation of the Burnham Building in Boston’s Downtown Crossing[3].
In 2016, the Boston Development Authority picked Millennium Partners for building a 55-story skyscraper on the site of the defunct Winthrop Square garage on Devonshire Street.[4]

Controversy[edit]
The Millennium Tower in San Francisco made headlines when it emerged that it started to tilt and sink since its completion in 2008. Owners of the condominium tower raised concerns about the value of their investments given the structural issues. Other issues, such as fire hazards have been raised. Lawsuits are currently ongoing.[5][6][7]
