The organization was founded in 2004, in Lahore, Pakistan by Danish Iqbal who is also the CEO of Mindbridge[2] [3]. The company started with ten seats in a rented space in Islamabad.

Company[edit]

It has developed an advanced call center management system which connects and manages all areas of the business including recruitment, HR, workforce management, operations, quality management, internal messaging, accounts, and all other teams and processes. Mindbridge owns and operates three sites, Kashmir Road, Empress Road and Kot Lakh Pat (Quaid-e- Azam Industrial Estate) with a 5,000 seats capacity.

Mindbridge has achieved the following certifications for quality, business continuity, and information security.

It is the only company in Pakistan to be certified as the Global Impact Sourcing Coalition standard adopter[5] by demonstrating it's commitment to creating an inclusive work environment. Mindbridge was also mentioned in the Impact sourcing champions index 2020 for offering employment opportunities to under privileged groups[6].
