Mindstir Media is an American self-publishing company based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, founded by author J. J. Hebert in 2009.[1] MindStir is a member of the Independent Book Publishers Association and has published about 400 books,[2] including work by Joan Johnson,[3] Katelyn Medlin,[4] and Scott Ferguson.[5] The company sold over 100,000 copies online of a book titled Unconventional (2009).[2]

Awards[edit]

In 2016, Mindstir Media author Lynn Rosenblatt was awarded the Silver medal by Moonbeam Children's Book Awards in the Reading Skills/Literacy category.[6]
