Minister Mauricelm X or Mauricelm-Lei Millere (born May 28, 1973) is a black muslim minister, black nationalist leader, psychiatric clinician, and human rights activist. In 2014, concerning the shooting of Mike Brown by Ferguson, Missouri Darren Wilson (police officer) Mauricelm X founded African American Defense League (AADL). Millere experienced controversy concerning his involvement with Micah X (The Dallas Police Shooting) and the Killing of Alton Sterling . He is esteemed highly for his stance against police violence against the black community. Detractors, due to his philosophical likeness to Nation of Islam muslim minister Malcolm X, accuse him of advocating hatred, racism, and violence. Mauricelm X was introduced to the Nation of Islam by Khalid Abdul Muhammad and is instrumental in the African American Religious and political movement. The African American Defense League (AADL / A2DL) is a black nationalist group founded by Mauricelm-Lei Millere, Khalid Abdul Muhammad, with the guidance of Sister Ella Little-Collins (Eldest Sister of Minister Malcolm X), who transferred the OAAU Charter to Millere and Muhammad on August 28, 1986, at an old Elijah Muhammad Temple, in Tunica, Mississippi, off old Highway 61 North.

The planned black muslim meeting was organized to commemorate the life and works of Black Muslim Minister Malcolm X's Organization for Afro-American Unity and the founding of the African American Defense League; thus African American Defense League - Organization for Afro-American Unity (A2DL - OAAU).

The Anti-Defamation League asserts that Millere is an adviser to the New Black Panther Party. Sources suggest that he advises various leading black nationalist organizations. A strong advocate for black nationalism and Pan-Africanism, Millere believe these teachings the only philosophies to secure liberation for Africans born in America, and abroad.

Though admired as a strong advocate for the black community, detractors often refer to his lectures as those which influence racism and violence. Millere' is considered very influential in the African American political and religious movement. He was personal administrative advisor to Khalid Abdul Muhammad, Malik Zulu Shabazz, Hashim Nzinga, preceding chairmen of the New Black Panther Party, and, possibly, serves as Chief advisor to General Minister 'Krystal Muhammad.
