He has successfully established separate companies in Philippines, Sri Lanka, Qatar, Australia and Singapore. They are privately held and Minodh manages the companies’ branch network along with its expansions, where he holds directorships. He acts as the company’s global chief business officer overlooking the areas of brand development, growth and expansion. The Island Tea Co. has over 50 branches across Sri Lanka, Philippines, UAE, Qatar and Australia with more planned expansions across Asia Pacific and Middle East.
