Mint Service Desk
Mint Service Desk.[1] is an ITSM platform, service desk and asset management system. Software is written in .NET Core and has cloud ready architecture. It's a web-based application helping to manage assets and communicate within external and internal parties. The systems functionalities help to build the dynamic asset data structure.

Mint Service Desk project started in 2017 and was developed by a company OPGK Rzeszow S.A[2]. aka OPGK Software. In 2018 Mint Service Desk was featured on Web Summit and attended Alpha Program and Beta Program. Mint Service Desk was awarded by an organization Innowator Podkarpacia[3]. In 2019 Mint Service Desk was present on SITS 2019. Mint Service Desk was also mentioned by Computerworld as one of the six free helpdesk solutions available on the market[4]. Mint Service Desk got certified with ITIL V4[5] compliance in 2021. Mint Service Desk was also featured in independent benchmark report prepared by Spectrum Groupe[6]
