Dr Miomir Pantović (Template:Lang-sr-Latl; 11 April 1933 – 11 January 1993) was a Serbian author, Judge and Public Speaker, who started his career working at the Yugoslavia Cooperative Court in Belgrade as a judge, got his Phd in Law in 1983 in Belgrade and was an academic who published 27 works in 47 publications in 2 languages on Cooperative Law implementation within the organizational and management process of the medium and large size companies of ex-Yugoslavia between 1968 and 1993.

Biography

Dr Pantović of Serbia, Yugoslavia studied at the University of Belgrade from where he graduated as doctor of laws in 1956 with a thesis on Cooperative Law. In 1983 he received his Ph.D in law from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law with the thesis Cooperative Law Implementation within Yugoslav Industry Courts (Primena Odredaba Zakona o parničnom postupku pred sudovima udruženog rada).

Journalism

During 1973 (for some years) Dr Pantović was the chief editor journalist of a monthly cooperative law publication “Workers rights and Cooperatives” Template:Radni odnosi i samoupravljanje .

Career

Dr Pantović specialized in implementations and interpretations of the State's Cooperative Industry Law during the Economy_of_the_Socialist_Federal_Republic_of_Yugoslavia and was a Public Lecturer interpreting the Cooperative Law in ex-Yugoslavia.

At the beginning of his career Dr Pantović worked as a Judge of The Companies Court, a specialist court within the States Courts System of ex-Yugoslavia, which dealt with legal matters relating to companies, from 1956 to 1975, when he has decided to pursue his academic career. Dr Pantović is the author of 27 works in 47 publications in 2 languages on Cooperative Law published in Belgrade from 1968 to 1992.

The last post he held was that of Professor of Law at the Academy of Performing Arts Serbian: Факултет драмских уметности Факултет_драмских_уметности_Универзитета_уметности_у_Београду in Belgrade, Serbia from 1989 to 1993.
