Miss WretleMania

It was a WWE Championship. The first champion was crowned in WrestleMania XXV, actually Santina Marella. Santino Marella dressed as a woman won a divas battle royal. Vickie Guerrero had a fight for the crown without a fight disqualification and became the second champion. In Extreme Rules, Santina took her revenge by winning the crown honpeg match again. Santina that same day was fired from the company and the title was deactivated.
