Mission is the second studio album by the American rock band Stick Figure Suicide.

The eleven-track album was released with Break Even Records, in 2003. It was recorded and mixed at Moon Room Studios in Tannersville, Pennsylvania, with engineering, production, and mixing by Zach "Fifty" Hosier, and additional production by Stick Figure Suicide. The album artwork and design is by Snee.[1] Mission is classified as catchy, melodic hardcore mixed with pop-punk, and it features vocal harmonies alongside fast rhythms, and shouted sing-alongs.[2][3] The album draws comparison to the music of the anarcho-punk band Against All Authority, and the hardcore punk band Union 13.[2] It contains a cover of the punk rock band Dag Nasty's song "Sound for Sound."[3]
Reception[edit]
A mixed review in Impact Press says that Stick Figure Suicide "obviously has talent," and they "passionate about what they do and it is a good disc," however, they note "there is nothing here as far as music goes that has not been done before."[4] It is also described as "fast, aggressive and catchy, the majoroty of songs clock in at well udner three minutes, just like every record in this genre should. Worth a listen," by Punk Planet.[2] A review by Skratch calls Mission a mixture of "the punk sounds of the left coast and puts them into an East Coast swing," adding it is "fresh and new[,] attributed to the deluge of bad punk in the mainstream."[3]
