Missoni Baia
Missoni Baia is a new residential development from Vladislav Doronin’s OKO Group, OB Group and Cain International in the East Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida.[1][2] The condominium consists of a 57 story tower with 249 units and is located at 777 Northeast 26th Terrace.[3] The building spans 200 feet along Biscayne Bay, and each unit will have direct bay or city views.[4] Residences range in size from one to five bedrooms and there are two penthouses in the structure. [4] Missoni Baia is the first collaboration with the Italian fashion house Missoni, and pieces from the Missoni Home Collection will be used in the building’s common areas.[5][6] [7]
Missoni Baia broke ground in October of 2017[8], with anticipated completion in 2020.[9] Asymptote Architecture is the project architect.[10][1] The building will consist of a tall, geometric glass tower on Biscayne Bay and will use a limited range of materials and shapes in the design.[11]
Missoni Baia features amenities including indoor-outdoor entertaining areas facing Biscayne Bay.[12] Fitness amenities include a gym, Olympic-sized lap pool, and an elevated tennis court.[13] Rosita Missoni curated the design palette for the project.[14]
