The Boulder Group is an American commercial real estate firm headquartered in Wilmette, Illinois. Founded in 1997 by Randy Blankstein,[1][2] the company specializes in single-tenant net lease (NNN) transactions. It operates an additional office in Denver, Colorado.
The firm provides brokerage and advisory services for buyers and sellers of net-leased properties. Its transactions have included tenants such as Best Buy,[3][4] Caliber Collision,[5] and Sonic Drive-In.[6]
