Mohamed Yousry was born in Cairo, Egypt. He is the first child of Egyptian actor Ibrahim Yousry. He studied theater and participated in various theater projects before he made his film debut in "Al Kibar". Yousry made several Egyptian TV series including series like "Al Da'eya" and "Seeret Hob". In 2015 he landed his first major supporting role in the international film the Nile Hilton Incident by Tarik Saleh marking his debut in international films, which was awarded the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize: Dramatic at Sundance Film Festival.[3]
