Mohammad Mehdi Rajabi (Persian: محمدمهدی رجبی; Shahroud, March 21, 1997) is an Iranian footballer.

Club career
Rajabi is also a member of the Iran national under-20 football team. [1] [2]
Rajabi started his career with Iranjavan as a youth player. He advanced to the first team in 2012. In summer 2015 he joined Esteghlal Khuzestan with a 2-year contract.[3] He made his debut for Esteghlal Khuzestan on July 30, 2015 against Sepahan as a starter.[4]
