Mohammad Qasim Asmaei, born in 1953, is a writer, translator, and editor of digital books and e-books. He began his career as a writer for the Afghan Police Academy. He is now the author in charge of the Rah Parcham Publishing website, a translator, editor, and retyper of books published outside Afghanistan. The book Talak Khirs is one of its most famous books. Afghans consider him a publisher of digital books. He has lived in Denmark since 2000 and has written 6 of the 36 books he has written.
