MonacoFit is a Latvian company founded by fitness trainer and model Paula Freimane.[1][2][3][4] The MonacoFit platform is known for being the first fitness and nutrition app developed in Latvia.[1] It is provided by MonacoFit SIA, a medical institution that is registered in Latvia in the European Union. It is headquartered in Riga, Latvia.[5]

Freimane publicly launched the MonacoFit platform on January 16, 2018. The launch event was attended by TV personalities Anna Rozīte, Anna Krimele, and Roberto Meloni and multimedia artist Kasher.[1] In October 2018, MonacoFit provided fitness coaching for X Faktors contestants Intars Busulis and Baritoni. Their fitness programs were documented by Latvian media outlet Skaties.[6]
Nutritionists such as Elīna Balode,[1] Anna Paula Auzina, and Dace Haino[7] have worked on MonacoFit’s nutritional programs.

The MonacoFit platform is a home fitness application that provides users with exercise videos, menus, and cooking recipes developed by nutritionists. Users can also choose from several food and options and exclude certain foods when picking recipes. The platform also features plans for weight loss and muscle building.[1][8] Fitness and diet plans are customized based on a user’s gender, age, weight and goals.[9]
