Monster Kahkir is the account name of a player in the game Titan Empires. Per the in game resources this account/player began playing at near the end of season three of Titan Empires. The information also shows that the player gained increasing skill as the seasons progressed and eventually became one of the best players in the world. This is demonstrated clearly by seasons 5, 6, and 7 with two of those seasons being ranked number one player in the world. According to Perblue, the creator of Titan Empires, there are over one million downloads of this game indicating a potential player pool of over one million people. This feat is incredibly impressive given such statistics. This player belongs to the empire Ready For It, which by all accounts is also happens to be the best empire in this games virtual world. Many of its players are continually in the top ten in the world, with several players seemingly of the same caliber and skill level as Monster Kahkir.
One intriguing idea is that this empire, Ready For It, is perhaps developing a social climate within its empire that allows for players to improve and fosters growth. While it is difficult to speculate, it has been confirmed that Monster Kahkir and other players within the empire assist in training players and providing a gaming experiencing conducive of becoming a very skilled player. This empire's leader has an in game name of Therapist, and the original founding member of this empire is currently an elder referred to as Drac. These players as well as the other elders of Ready For It provide the leadership structure, but it is unknown without being a member of this empire what role each "elder" plays in the management and social aspects of this empire.

Other higher ranked players use units such as dragons, raiders, fairies, and other combinations of the most powerful units to win attacks on bases similiar in design and defensive upgrades to that of those Monster Kahkir's attack replays show. In some battles Monster Kahkir is seen using one titan, the game's most powerful units, when other players are using three in similiar attacks.
While not much is known of how and when Monster Kahkir developed the skillset to become the number one player in the world the past two seasons, it is apparent that the empire and players Monster Kahkir surrounds himself with likely play a role in his success. The Ready For It empire appears to be a very competitive one and certainly deserves consideration if a player wants to pursue high level play.
Through monitoring Monster Kahkir, Ready For It, and the replays of higher level players perhaps it is possible to gain greater insight into what makes this social network and players a success in a game with a million + users.
