Moody Akhtar, born as Syed Moody Akhtar and popularly known as DJ Moody is a radio personality. He does live Saturday evening shows on KZMP-FM (104.9FM FunAsia Radio in Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex area) from 6PM to 9PM. Along with being an RJ, he is founder of 4Visions event management. He has also produced few independent movies.[1]

Early life[edit]

Born as Syed Moody Akhtar and popularly known as DJ Moody in Dallas is a radio personality. He was born in Bangladesh and grew up in Pakistan. He completed his schooling from National College in Karachi. He graduated from University of North Texas, Denton.


He is a popular radio disk jockey (RJ) on Fun Asia radio 104.9 FM, popularly known as DJ Moody amongst the listeners. He is the producer/promoter of many celebrity star shows in Dallas. He has produced a couple of independent films. Moody is also the founder and CEO of Entertainment Company 4Visions that does events for South Asian Community in the Texas and USA.
