Morning Sun Animation Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 朝阳动画; pinyin: Zhāoyáng Dònghuà) is an animation studio which is a subsidiary of Wang Film Productions since 1989.
History[edit]
In 1989, Sam Wang (王亞泉)/Wang Yaquan, Ping Zongyao (平宗耀), Hou Shenghui (侯勝輝), Huang Xingfang (黃興芳) and all of the other Taiwanese animation talents gather together to establish gathered to establish Morning Sun Animation Production Company in Taipei, as a subcontractor for Wang Film Productions.
At the same year, Morning Sun opened a satellite studio in Shanghai, (Shanghai Morning Sun), the first batch of Taiwanese animation companies went to the Chinese mainland. Taipei staff members provide the necessary training and supervision. Production focuses on hand drawing and coloring by computer menu.
