Moson Danube (Hungarian: Mosoni-Duna, Slovak: Mošonský Dunaj, German: Moson-Donau) is a branch of the river Danube in northwestern Hungary and southwestern Slovakia.

It splits from the main stream near Čunovo, a part of Slovak capital Bratislava, in the area where Gabčíkovo reservoir was built, and crosses the Slovak-Hungarian border shortly after that. Then, Moson Danube continues its flow through lowlands of the Little Hungarian Plain, passing through the town of Mosonmagyaróvár and the city of Győr respectively. In the former, it absorbs the river Leitha, near the latter, it absorbs the river Rábca, and directly in Győr, the river Rába. Finally, the river branch rejoins the main stream near a village of Vének. Its total length is 121.5 km (75.5 mi).

The area between the Moson Danube and the main stream of Danube is called Szigetköz (Slovak: Malý Žitný ostrov or "Little Rye Island", German: Kleine Schüttinsel or "Little Schütt Island").
