Mount Gambier Marketplace is a shopping centre located in Mount Gambier, South Australia. It opened in August 2012 and is the first large commercial development outside the Adelaide central business district.[citation needed]

Stores[edit]

The centre offers a mix of retail tenants. There is car parking with approximately 1144 dedicated parks. The centre contains the only Big W in the region. It has a floor space of 8,219 square metres. The centre also has a large Woolworths supermarket of 4,180 square metres. Also contained in the main mall are over 30 specialty stores such as Lowes, Sanity, Homeart, Smiggle, Priceline Pharmacy and Strandbags.

Separate to the main mall is Masters Home Improvement. This was the first Masters to open in South Australia[2] and the store covers an area of almost 10,000 square metres.

A new service station is situated at the main entrance.
