Movate, formerly CSS Corp (Cybernet-Slashsupport)[1] is a digital technology and customer experience (CX) services provider for companies like Alcatel-Lucent and Unilever[2] They are headquartered in Texas, United States.[3]

Movate's current CEO is Sunil Mittal, who previously held positions like COO and also worked as a CRO within the company. He was appointed as CEO replacing Manish Tandon in 2021[4]

Movate, formerly known as CSS Corp, was established in 1996 by brothers Shiva Ramani and Shiv Kumar, who later established another company named iOpex[5][6]. In 2013, Partners Group acquired a majority stake in Movate, formerly CSS Corp, for $270 million.[7] It was also said that Movate, formerly CSS Corp, could do an IPO in the future if revenue crossed $200 million (about ₹1,400 crore in INR)[8][9]

In 2017 Movate had a headcount of 5,600 technology professionals in 16 of its global centres across the world[10]. In 2023 the headcount is at 11700 professionals in 20 global locations.[11]

Movate acquired TDS Global in 2023[12], which is an outsourced sales and customer experience service company based out of the Philippines, and Directly OnDemand in 2022, a gig services platform company.[13]
