Mozambican units of measurement

Several units of measurement were used in Mozambique. Metric system has been compulsory since 1910 in Mozambique.[1][2]
System before metric system[edit]
Units were mainly Portuguese customary units due to the incorporation of Mozambique into the Portuguese Empire.
Mass[edit]
One notable unit was bahar. One bahar was equal to 109 kg.[1]
