Mr. and Mrs. Chinnathirai is a 2019 Indian Tamil language reality show which aired on Vijay TV on every Sunday at 6:30 starting from 27th January 2019. This show features married couple of the Tamil television industry. Through this show, they will display their talents and skills. The show is hosted by Ma Ka Pa Anand, Gobinath Chandran, Devadarshini and Vijayalakshmi are the judges of the show. The show winner is Shankara Pandian and Jaya Bharathi.

- Vijayalakshmi
- A Tamil actress and producer known for playing the lead role in the films Chennai 600028, Anjathe and Chennai 600028 II and had also acted in the lead role in the Sun TV teleserial Nayaki, daughter of director Agathiyan.

- They were the first couples who entered into the show with a great performance. They were been a love marriage couple and her parents have never accepted their marriage. She felt bad on the stage and even cried.
- Nisha and Riaz
- Ma Ka Pa Anand introduced Nisha as a Vijay TV's Nayanthara. And she was invited lonely. Riaz and Nisha have been also a loved marriage couple. Their intro section was fun filled.
- Shankara Pandian and Jaya Bharathi
- Shankara Pandian was one of an important actor in Saravanan Meenatchi. He was well known for his village slang and performance. Jaya Bharathi is a teacher and she it was her first dance performer.
- Anthony Daasan and Reeta
- Anthony Daasan and Reeta, both of them are a Gaana performer. Anthony Doss was a singer in feature films, also they have did a stage performances together in small screen. Their intro performance made other contestants perform on stage.
- Priya and Prince
- Priya is a serial actress and they made a decent performance for the intro song.
- Thangadurai and Aruna
- Thangadurai is well known for his “Palaya joke” Thangadurai. He is well known for his performance in the show “Athu Ithu Ethu”.
- Dhiraviam and Rithu
- Thiraviyam is one of the lead in the serial Eeramana Rojave.
- Subarnan and Priya
- Subarnan is a serial actors and that's a love marriage between them. They were been married since 2005.
- Farina and Rahman
- Farina is a Serial actress. Rahman is an ad film director. They were a love come arranged marriage couple.
- Senthil and Rajalakshmi
- Both of them are well known from the show super singer. And Senthil was a title winner of the show.
