Muhammad Zia-Ur-Rahman, ndc, psc, is a retired two-star-rank major general of Bangladesh Army. He was the first General Officer Commanding of ARTDOC.[1][2][not in citation given] He served there from 27 January 2008 to 4 June 2009.
