Mukul Kumar is an Indian bureaucrat, novelist and poet. He has written poetry and fiction in English.
His published works include three novels, namely ‘As Boys Become Men[1]’, ‘Seduction By Truth[2]’ and ‘Aarzoo-Arshan[3]’ and two poetry collections, namely ‘The Irrepressible Echos’ and ‘Catharsis[4]’.
Mukul Kumar is a civil servant, belonging to the 1997 batch of Indian Railway Traffic Service, and is presently working in New Delhi.
