Munehisa Sakai (境 宗久 Sakai Munehisa, born September 01, 1971) is a Japanese anime director who was formerly associated with Toei Animation, and currently associates with MAPPA since 2017.[1][2] His major works as a series director includes One Piece, Suite PreCure!, first two seasons of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal, and Zombie Land Saga.
