Murghazar
Murghazar is a lush green valley fourteen kilometres away from Saidu Sharif, Swat District, Pakistan.
In 1962, Miangul Abdul Wadood (Bacha Saib) built a beautiful palace in the area for his summer stay.[citation needed] The palace is made of white marble, which was imported from India; these are the same marbles used in the Taj Mahal.[citation needed] Murghazar is one of the most attractive places in Swat.[citation needed] Visitors from around the world come to visit this area.[citation needed] The palace has been modified to serve the visitors and acts as a hotel; the personal area of the king has been changed to a museum.[citation needed] Because the palace is completely white, maybe that’s the reason that the hotel is named White Palace.[citation needed]
