Career

Miller attended Marquette University where she was published as a co-author in The Journal of Neuroscience for her work involving stress-enhanced cocaine-seeking [3].

Following her publication, she then left her career in science to pursue the arts, stating in an interview with Steven Robinson, "When you connect with an audience based on something that you created—that's so pure!"[4].

She released her debut album Island Gurl in December 2018 and followed up the project with an EP, Fool's Gold, six months later[5].

Miller received recognition for her work through multiple placements on Backline's "Green Room" Spotify playlist, announced through their Instagram account[6], as well as a debut at #1 on the hip hop chart and #2 overall artist on the LÜM Underground music IOS app [7].

She followed the release of her EP with a placement on Milwaukee artist Nile's album Hunter as the only feature on the project in the lead single "Epitome" [8].

In July 2019, Miller announced via her Instagram account that she would be represented by Minneapolis based agency Wehmann Models and Talent [9]
