MyCase is a legal technology company headquartered in Santa Barbara, California that provides Law practice management software for law firms.[1] MyCase software is cloud-based and includes features to handle client intake, lead management, case management, calendaring, billing and payments, and firm communication.[2]

MyCase was established in 2010 in San Diego, California by a practicing attorney with the needs of law firms in mind.[3]
In November of 2012, MyCase was acquired by AppFolio, a company that offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications for vertical markets.[4]
In 2016, MyCase’s CEO, Kim Coalson, began to oversee operations and has continued at the helm of MyCase since that time.[5]
In October of 2020, MyCase was acquired from AppFolio by Apax Partners for $193 million.[6][7]
MyCase headquarters are in Santa Barbara, California and it also has offices in San Diego, California.[8]
