Mysyara[edit]

MySyara (stylised as MySyara) is a UAE-based online car care platform founded in 2019. The company is headquartered in Dubai, UAE and provides automotive services through its app in the UAE and India.[1][2][3][4]

History[edit]

Mysyara was founded in 2019 by automotive entrepreneurs Chirenj Chandran and Anser Latheef after experiencing the lack of technology being used throughout the automotive industry. Motivated by the need to make car ownership simpler Chandran and Latheef launched the "MySyara" app with their personal capital of $300,000.[5][6][7]

In December 2021, EMA Lubricants, a Joint Venture of ExxonMobil[8] in the UAE partnered with MySyara to provide their automotive lubricants via the platform.[9][10]

Funding and Acquisitions[edit]

In December 2019, Mysyara acquired SKKYN Technologies, an on-demand car wash app, for $2.8 million.

In February 2021,Mysyata raised $650,000 in seed investment from angel investors.[11][12][13][14][15]

In September 2021, MySyara raised an additional $400,000 from their existing investor pool and acquired a local auto parts distributor in the UAE for $2.6 million as part of its expansion plans. With this acquisition, a new arm was announced for the business, named ‘MySyara Supply’.[16][17][18][19][20][21]
