N5 Now, known by its motto "Now you know", is an American company that has been created and founded by Argentinians.
The company was born in 2017, shortly after its main creator and ex-Global Santander Bank executive, Julián Colombo, exited his previous role as Global Director of CRM. N5 Now is a company dedicated to the digital transformation of the Financial Industry. Its tailor-made product, the "Now platform", is a CRM that has been specifically designed for the industry, based on the main pain points of Banks and Insurance Companies, and includes all the necessary adaptations for the Open banking context. The company also offers a wide array of products that have been natively developed and include: artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, real-time campaigns and onboarding apps for the industry's customers.
The company now has more than 200 collaborators worldwide and a local presence in 12 countries, growing at a steady rate of 500% a year. In late 2021, sources like Forbes Archived 2013-07-18 at the Wayback Machine and IproUp have shown interest in the firm for its fully-remote-work policy and +100 job openings to be covered in the upcoming months. The company jumped into stardom when they were called "rebels" for refusing to sell the company to more than a few investment funds.
Earlier in 2021, Microsoft had recognized the firm as "Startup of the year" for LATAM. They had been previously nominated due to their fully-remote operation management and product quality.
The company's leadership has announced that operations will continue to expand in a fully-remote modality.
