NATIVE Sound Radio is London based English-language radio show centered on music, and entertainment.

NATIVE Sound Radio is owned and curated by The Native and currently operating on No Signal Radio.[1] On 7 March 2021, the show started with a snippet of NATIVE Sound System unreleased song "On My Way" featuring Chi Virgo, from its upcoming album.[2]

The radio is accessible through No Signal Radio web browser, with a recap accessible on Spotify, through its app on smartphone or tablet, and the web browser. NATIVE Sound Radio airs every Sunday, with a mix of Afro Hip-Hop, Afropop, Alté, Alternative R&B, Amapiano, Kwaito, Neo soul, UK drill, and Indie music. On 13 December 2020, its first episode was presented by AB DOLLARS, and Tobi Oke. NATIVE Sound Radio show is currently hosted by The Native magazine music author Tami Makinde.[3]

Format[edit]

NATIVE Sound Radio broadcasts a mix of music focusing on fresh music from new talent or established artists. Its first episode featured a guest mix from NATIVE Sound System.[1] The radio show also aires a mix of the biggest songs from the '80s, '90s, and 2000s.
