NPX Capital is a South Korea-based investment firm.[1] They are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea with 20 executives.[2] Beside making investments in ventures, they also run an operating arm called NPX TeraArk which aims to help entrepreneurs that they invested in.[3][better source needed]

NPX Capital was founded in 2016 by Korean American investor Samuel Hwang in Seoul, South Korea. The company started as a family office and transformed to an alternative investment firm after three years.[1][3] By 2022, NPX Capital has four offices – in Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore and Los Angeles.[4]
In 2018, they founded its subsidiary TeraArk - a venture studio.[3]
In 2019, they founded its subsidiary NPX Private Equity.[3]
In 2021, they founded 3 subsidiaries namely, Terapins Studios, NPX IDC and NPX Ventures.[3]
Investments[edit]
NPX Capital participates in both private equity and venture capital. Their portfolio is mainly focused on impact investing methods and ESG including Education, Healthcare, and Technology among other sectors like consumer, real estate and financial services.[3]
As of 2022, they have invested in 27 companies and announced six exits.[3] These companies are largely located in South Korea, Vietnam and the US.
