NT Corp (abbreviation of Nurdin Tampubolon Corporation, previously known as Sonvaldy Group) is a group of companies owned by the Tampubolon family and led by Nurdin Tampubolon, which was founded in 1991.[3] The use of "NT" in several of his company names is an abbreviation of his initials.
History
PT Bangkitgiat Usaha Mandiri (BUM) is part of NT Corp, which was founded on August 8, 1991. BUM is a company engaged in the field of television media and online news sites in Indonesia.
On September 16, 2014, Nurdin Tampubolon officially changed Sonvaldy Group to NT Corp. This change in company name also coincided with a change in the company’s identity and logo.
