Nahashon Thiong'o Waweru aka Thiosh is a Kenyan winger turning out for Kenyan National Super League side Nairobi City Stars from July 2019.
His early steps in football started at the now defunct JMJ Academy. He featured for Zetech University [1] for a couple of years from where he occasionally turned out for Gor Mahia Youth [2] whom he led to the KPL U20 silver in August 2016 [3][4] and Bronze in January 2017.
While with Gor Mahia Youth he made the provisional Kenya U-20 squad coached by John Kamau to prepare for a friendly against South Africa.[5][6] .[7][8] In earlier years he had been scouted to be part of Kenya U17.
He moved Modern Coast Rangers [9] in 2018 and part of the 2018/19 season. He then graduated to the Kenyan Premier League after joining Mt. Kenya United [10] in January 2019.
He moved to Nairobi City Stars in July 2019 following successful trials conducted by Bosnian head coach Sanjin Alagic.[11][12]
