The Ontology of Noise[edit]
Nana April Jun's debut album The Ontology of Noise[1] was released in February 2009 on the UK-based audio-visual label, Touch. The album researches the hallucinogenic qualities of noise, exploring all-digital noise timbres as continuous, evolving streams.[2] The Ontology of Noise has been described as grey[3] but has also been said to have more in common with natural landscapes than processed noises.[4]
The Ontology of Noise is mastered by Denis Blackham.
