Nancy Arnole Nasher (born 1954), is an American attorney, real estate developer, art collector and philanthropist. She is the daughter of Raymond Nasher and Patsy Nasher, the Dallas-based real estate developers who owned and operated Northpark Mall, and who funded and donated their personal modern art collection to create the Nasher Sculpture Center and the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University. Nasher and her Husband, David Haemisegger, are the current owners and operators of Northpark Mall and serve on the boards of directors of both the Nasher Sculpture Center and the Nasher Museum of Art.[1] [2]

Biography[edit]

Nasher completed her undergraduate education at Princeton University before earning her law degree at Duke University.[3] She initially practiced law in Dallas, before she and husband David Haemisegger purchased Northpark Mall from her father in 1995. [4] Since her father's death in 2007, Nasher has continued her family's tradition of philanthropic endeavors and serves on multiple arts-related boards. In 2007, Nasher and Haemisegger donated an additional $1 million dollars to Duke University to further the development of the Nasher Museum of Art. [5]

Personal Life[edit]

Nasher and husband David Haemisegger have three children and reside in Dallas, TX.[3]
