Nande Mabala (born 16 July 1998) is a South African model and influencer.[1][2] She was the second Runner-up of Miss South Africa 2023.[3][4] After the Miss South Africa 2023 competition, she was named the first Runner-up of Miss World SA 2024.[5][6] She is the face of Bella Collection and also appeared on magazine covers like Bona Magazine, Glow and Sowetan etc.[7][8]
Early life
Mabala was born and bred in Zwelethemba, Western Cape, South Africa.[9] Mabala holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Political Science, and Sociology from the University of Western Cape.[10]
Pageantry
Miss South Africa 2023
Mabala was the 2nd Runner-up in Miss South Africa 2023, held at the SunBet Arena in Menlyn, Pretoria, on 13 August 2023,[11] competing against seven other contestants.[12][13] She had been previously announced as one of the 30 semifinalists in May 2023.[14]
Miss World SA 2024
In October 2024, Mabala was named the 1st Runner-up of Miss World SA 2024,[15][16] held at Sun City on SABC 3.
